CNC MACHINE WITH STORAGE ATC
The 4-axis CNC milling machine is the primary machine tool in our company. Equipped with an ATC magazine for 16 tools, it allows quick (1.5 sec.) tool changes, significantly reducing machining time and increasing production efficiency. The high-speed spindle of the Taiwanese company CELLS, with a speed of up to 30,000 rpm, guarantees excellent surface quality of workpieces while maintaining the required accuracy. The Siemens Sinumerik 828D control provides an intuitive interface and high reliability and stability in the operation of the 2-ton machine.
The CNC milling machine is ideal for manufacturing complex parts, such as cooling blocks, CPU heatsinks, ITX / SBC 3.5″ enclosures, mounting brackets, I/O port bezels - wherever high repeatability and precision are required.
